Return to Medium
Today I’m going to give Medium another shot, though I moved on to creating Radical Flannel on Tapas rather than blogging, and I have planned to use Adobe Portfolio instead of WordPress (which I originally planned) for my future portfolio. For those curious, this is what happened since I was away from Medium:
- I got vaccinated twice against COVID-19
- I got an iPhone 12 Pro Max
- I got Streets of Rage 4 for my Switch
- I am planning to exit vanilla software for expansion packs for video games
- I watched all of the episodes of Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic and The Kingdom of Magic on Netflix
- I watched the Olympics behind closed doors (though a number of countries with the exception of Australia and New Zealand need to have a set date for reopening)
What I’m doing right now:
- Creating antagonists and supporting characters for the upcoming Tapas webcomic Radical Flannel this week as I have returned to drawing stuff
- Getting Radical Flannel ready to launch on Tapas on October 17 (to be released this year rather than next year because of my mom’s retirement)
- Joining the Creative Cloud
Shinkansen Retrogaming will also be restored, but it will not only cover video games, but anime, manga, and television shows from the 1990s! Imprint officials have not responded to any emails I’ve sent when they’re going to add features, and there are spam posts everywhere on that platform.
Some of my favorites lists are sadly outdated and needed a lot of revamping, though I use Medium for occasional purposes since I’m an American mangaka and freelance illustrator. However, no plans for a Medium Partner Program will be made.
I will be back in a week! Going to work on Radical Flannel’s antagonists and support characters and also replace the old avatar with a new one!
